Remote Viewing

What is Remote Viewing?

Remote Viewing means to use extrasensory perception in order to perceive information about a target under blind or double blind conditions which is out of reach of the ordinary senses of perception to the remote viewer.

I am paraphrasing here and probably wrong on some of the details, you can look up the history of remote viewing for yourself if the topic interests you. The story of remote viewing went something like this. In the 1970s, the United States military hired psychics, including psychic and artist Ingo Swann, to see whether psychics could be used to retrieve information for the military about distant remote targets by use of extrasensory perception. The concept became named "remote viewing", and many decades of work has been put into the development of remote viewing. The U.S. military supposedly discontinued the use of remote viewing for intelligence gathering, but many original members of the team went on to continue the legacy which was developed and are teaching remote viewing to members of the public to this day.

The original remote viewing method was called Coordinate Remote Viewing, and exists today by the name of Controlled Remote Viewing CRV which is the most popular remote viewing method in use. Other methods of remote viewing were also derived from the original CRV method, such as remote viewer Joseph McMoneagle's method Extended Remote Viewing ERV, as well as TRV, SRV, HRVG, and others. There are also different variations of the CRV method in use.

U.S. Major Paul Smith was one of the original members of the team which was developing remote viewing, and his CRV method is said to be the closest to the original method that was taught to him by the late Ingo Swann. Paul Smith is still offering courses in the CRV method.

So "Remote Viewing" really is the story of how the United States military and CIA decided to see whether they could use psychics to gather intelligence about remote targets.

If you want to read about the history of how remote viewing was developed, I recommend the book "The Essential Guide to Remote Viewing: The Secret Military Remote Perception Skill Anyone Can Learn" by Paul Smith https://guidetoremoteviewing.com/

What makes Remote Viewing special?

What makes remote viewing special, is that the military intended to use psychic information gathering in a way that is accurate and reliable, because these psychic readings were not being made for entertainment purposes. Prior to remote viewing, psychics usually either already knew what the target is, or had a client in front of them who knew what the target is, psychics usually had access to cold reading feedback about the ongoing reading by being able to communicate with or read the body language and responses of the client, or psychics were also able to create vague or general material which could also include guesses or imagination or even hot reading which is when a psychic has looked up the right answers ahead of time. And many of the clients of psychic readings could be happy with the material as long as it seems right or they get to hear what they want. If the military wants to find out what is inside a building for instance, or locate a missing airplane, the psychic readings would now have to be perfectly accurate and reliable.

In my opinion, the single greatest contribution from the remote viewing legacy, is the use of the blind target. Remote viewing by definition uses only blind or double blind targets. This means that the remote viewer does not know ahead of time what the target is. And a target could be anything. It could be a building, a person, an event, a place, or anything else. There are two benefits to using blind targets: The information becomes more reliable, since the remote viewer does not know the right answers beforehand. The second benefit of using a blind target, is that it actually makes remote viewing a lot easier, since the logical mind has less incentive to guess.

And so, remote viewing is the use of extrasensory perception under blind conditions. This makes remote viewing a more scientifically acceptable form of using extrasensory perception.

Remote Viewing is for everyone

The remote viewing method Controlled Remote Viewing CRV was also developed so that someone who starts out not being psychic, can learn a method by which the person can methodically work through a session and retrieve data using extrasensory perception. In other words, someone who did not think they are psychic, can use the CRV RV method and be psychic. But someone who is already naturally psychic will find remote viewing easier and will also probably be better at remote viewing, than someone who did not start out as being psychic.

If my new remote viewing method ETC is to be accepted into the remote viewing community as a viable new method, I will need to be able to demonstrate that the ETC method can be used by other people, as well as used by people who do not start out as being psychic. Some time in the future I will begin teaching the ETC RV method to test subjects and we will see whether they can use the ETC procedure to produce good sessions. By August 2020 I have taught the initial stage of ETC to two persons, and both have performed incredibly well.

Not just Viewing

"Remote Viewing" is a somewhat misleading name, since it seems to imply that targets are only seen. For most remote viewers, it seems that feeling is more prominent than seeing. A remote viewing session can convey all forms of information, including feeling, seeing, taste, scent, hearing. Feeling can include a sense of elevation and placement, sense of density and mass topography, temperature, motion, as well as emotions and concepts. Paul Smith prefers the term "Remote Perception", as "perception" is a more inclusive term. Me personally I would have loved to see the word "blind" in the name, since what in my opinion sets remote viewing apart from other use of extrasensory perception, is the blind condition. I would have liked a name such as "blind clairvoyance", even though here again clairvoyance only refers to seeing. "Blind Extrasensory Perception" or "Blind ESP" then perhaps. However, it seems we are now stuck with the term Remote Viewing and that it is here to stay, there is perhaps no changing it.

How is my ETC method remote viewing?

I developed my method of remote viewing ETC by working on blind remote viewing targets. I had zero knowledge of how other methods of remote viewing are used. I only knew that there is a target number, which is connected to a hidden blind target, and that I am to receive information by being psychic and to draw and describe what I sense about the target. By working targets and exploring the impressions coming to me from the target signals, I developed a new method from scratch, which I named Elements Target Construction ETC. The only thing which ETC borrows from the concept of remote viewing, is the use of blind targets, which are coded by target numbers. Everything as to what I do with the signal and how I work the target, the probe methods, and how to construct a report, is by my own design, completely independent from any other methods, and so ETC is a brand new independent take on the remote viewing process.
